Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

Returns must be done within 7 days. Jewelry is non-refundable.

Item must be unworn and with all original contents and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if item arrives damaged or not as described. All items will be inspected upon return. All items are photographed and videotaped during the packaging process prior to shipping.

When sending an item in for return please contact us and we will send you the shipping information. Once the item is returned, we will start the refund process upon inspection of the item and all contents. If there is an issue or discrepancy, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

Refund can take 3 to 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are: Any signs of wear, missing parts of the item or items that are shipped with it are missing.
